Big Data & AI Paris will take place on October 1 and 2, 2025 at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles – Hall 3.

The show is open to visitors on Wednesday, October 1 from 8:30 am to 7 pm and on Thursday, October 2 until 6:30 pm

Your badge is valid for the entire 2-day event, regardless of the level of access it gives you.

As soon as you register, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the event. These emails may end up in your spam folder.

To register, you can pay either by credit card, in which case your invoice will be directly available, or by bank transfer, and your invoice will be sent to you within a few days.

The invoice is sent by e-mail within a few days of registration. If you have not received it, please contact Sarah Testevuide by email: [email protected].

When you download your badge, it is generated and displayed in a new window. Make sure that your browser allows pop-ups and has a program that can read PDF files. If you can't print it out, you can ask a host or hostess to do so at the show entrance, providing your name and order reference.

You must first order your badge to access the invitation letter required for visas. Once you've received your registration confirmation message, you can click on the visa application link to obtain your invitation letter, which you'll need to present to the French Embassy in your country.

The networking platform will open in September. An email will be sent to registrants with details of how to access their personal profile. This will enable you to personalize your profile (photo, biography, social networks, etc.) and put all participants in touch with each other (meeting requests, chat, information sharing).
